We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Avelin Living.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assessment.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed within 24 hours.
Funds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
